How long will it take to get my audiobooks?
All of our audiobooks on CD and Cassette are shipped via USPS First Class Mail. Depending on where you live, your titles will arrive within 1-5 days.
We highly encourage our customers to try out the 2-audiobooks-at-a-time plan (or higher) so that you always have one audiobook in your possession while another is in transit. Jiggerbug also offers at least one FREE digital download rental every two weeks with each CD/Cassette plan.* This means you have another convenient option for listening to audiobooks while you wait for the next one to arrive in the mail!
*Our download rentals can be played on most computers, MP3 players, CD/DVD
players, and many newer car stereos.

How do I use download rentals?
Overdrive Download Library
Jiggerbug's digital download library allows our members to download DRM (Digital Rights Management) protected audiobooks directly to their PC. The downloads expire after 14 days, but the same title can be downloaded again if you don't finish it in time. It is a great addition to our CD/Cassette rental service.
PlayForSure Portable Devices
Our download rentals are compatible with hundreds of portable media players. Any device with the PlayForSure logo on the packaging is compatible. To check to see if your player is compatible, visit the PlayForSure device search or browse devices.

What's An MP3-CD?
It LOOKS like a regular CD . . . so what's the difference?
MP3 is a digital format that
compresses large audio files into small files. An MP3-CD can hold about
10 to 16 hours of content, while a regular CD can hold up to 80
minutes of content. This is why 99% of audiobooks fit on one MP3-CD --
rarely is an audiobook beyond two MP3-CDs.
Bottom line: you get to listen
to most MP3-CD books in their entirety from one convenient CD!
What devices can I use to listen to MP3-CDs?
Many new cars come with MP3-CD
players, and many after-market car stereos can play MP3-CDs. You can
also listen directly from most DVD Players and computers. To find out
if your CD player will play MP3-CDs, consult the owner's manual or contact
the manufacturer of your CD player.
Why aren't all books available on MP3-CDs?
Only a few publishers are currently releasing audiobooks in MP3-CD format. As their availability increases, we�ll add more titles to our library.
